On 4 February 2026, senior advisors and international private client specialists gathered in Dubai for a high-level day of insight, debate and connection at the International Private Client Forum.
The programme examined the forces reshaping global wealth structuring — from geopolitical realignment and the permanence of sanctions, to regulatory divergence, global mobility and the growing influence of AI on advisory practice.
One theme was unmistakable: Dubai is no longer an “emerging hub”. It is an established, efficient and forward-looking jurisdiction. Clients are voting with their feet, and increasingly their destination of choice is the UAE.
Families are diversifying across jurisdictions, asset classes and legal systems. Long-term stability is being built through strategic diversity — not reliance on a single country or structure. Regulatory clarity is now the decisive factor in relocation decisions, and family offices are moving not only people, but capital, governance and long-term strategy.
As one speaker observed: “There are decades when nothing happens, and weeks when decades happen.”
Planning is now underway for the 2027 edition of the International Private Client Forum. As global change accelerates, the need for informed, strategic dialogue has never been greater.
